Delays

We understand the frustration that accompanies delays in appointments, products, and return calls. Every member of the staff is working hard to keep up with the increased need and are doing their best to take care of everyone. Please do not hesitate to call again or send an email if you have not heard from us and we will reach out as quickly as possible. In addition to increased need, we have had to restructure due to changes in insurance reimbursement. Unfortunately, this impacts both our patients and our office and we are in the process of moving toward the best solutions for all.

Cochlear Implants

New England Audiology offers Cochlear Implant evaluations, mapping, and follow up care for patients 18 years and older in our Manchester, NH clinic. Our Cochlear Implant specialist, Dr. Nicole Nadeau, works with both MED-EL and Cochlear manufacturers. Dr. Nadeau's knowledge and passion create an environment of care and support at a location that, for many, is close to home. Please call the clinic to make an appointment for initial evaluation or transfer of care.

Audiological Service Pricing

June 2025: Due to insurance coverage changes, there is an out of pocket fee for Hearing Aid Cleanings, Hearing Aid Adjustments, and Ear Cleanings. Please see our "Products / Payment" page for details about these fees and for Service Subscription Plan information. Please reach out to the clinic with any questions regarding these fees.
